Terms and Conditions

All Sales are final. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due to secure the date of any order over $100. The remaining balance is due no later than 7-14 days prior to delivery, pickup date. Design changes are not allowed once retainer has been paid and serving sizes can change within 10-14 days prior to the event date. In the event of cancellations, partial payment not including the retainer is returned within 7-10 business days after cancellation, or credited towards a future order.  Returned payments of any amount will result in a fee of $125.
